Pianist and soprano Satomi Morimoto, a graduate of the Tokyo University of Arts and Music, holds a Master’s Degree of Music from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama at The City University of London. In her extensive musical career, Satomi has excelled as a soloist with orchestras, composed for soundtracks, and recorded three albums with the jazz fusion band ST Fusion. The band’s third album earned her the 2010 UFI award for the best jazz album in Spain, while her solo work includes the release of the album “Orient no Kaze” (2008).
